Real Estate Divorce Training Videos Released
New Home-Study Training Course Released on DVD
The Real Estate Divorce Specialist Training Course is now available
as a 4 DVD home-study course, making the designation available to
real estate professionals nationwide. The program teaches real estate
professionals about the legal and financial aspects of divorce as
it relates to real estate.
The market for real estate professionals is enormous. Each year
in the U.S., over 2.4 million people are divorced. The majority
of those cases involve real estate transactions, creating a high
demand for real estate professionals that specialize in divorcing
clients. With the current increase in divorces caused by the economic
crisis, this may be the fastest growing trend in real estate marketing.
The Real Estate Divorce Specialist Training Course was developed
as a live two-day seminar in 2007. In the new home-study version
of the course, the material was expanded to apply to all 50 states.
Now real estate professionals nationwide can benefit from this training
in the convenience of their home and at their own pace, without
the expense of traveling to a live seminar.
Carol Ann Wilson of the Financial Divorce Association developed
the REDS Training Course. Wilson, a Certified Financial Planner,
is widely recognized as one of the nation's foremost experts on
the financial and tax aspects of divorce. Wilson enlisted the help
of nationwide divorce and real estate expert attorney Gregg Greenstein,
JD to teach the legal issues portion of the course. Greenstein is
a shareholder in the law firm of Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein,
P.C. in Boulder, Colorado and has been specializing in divorce and
real estate law for over 20 years.
The goal of the Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification Training
Course is to give real estate professionals the knowledge and tools
they need to better help their divorcing clients and to show them
how to capitalize on the growing niche market of divorcing couples.
The program includes a complete Marketing Package, so graduates
can begin promoting their new designation immediately. Wilson is
no stranger to creating niches. In 1993, she founded the Institute
for Certified Divorce Planners in order to train attorneys, CPAs
and financial professionals in the financial issues of divorce.
Since she created this new niche in the financial planning industry,
hundreds of divorce practitioners have been trained and are now
practicing all over the U.S.
"Professionals who have been trained in divorce issues have
never been in more high demand," says Wilson. "The key
to success is to stand out from the crowd and distinguish yourself
from other real estate professionals. Our specialized training program
will give you all the tools you need to better help divorcing clients
and take full advantage of this growing niche market."
